English overview / One-to-one coaching

SELLER KINGDOM · AMAZON SELLER INCUBATION

After trying many ways to teach Amazon selling,
I came back to one-to-one coaching.

A conclusion Bopyo reached through more than 300 hours of one-to-one coaching. Work with your own product, actual account and reports. Repeat the decisions and actions until operating your business becomes a routine you can carry forward.

START WITH YOUR SITUATION

The next step depends on where you are.

01 · BEFORE LAUNCH

Preparing your first launch

Review product candidates, the market, expected costs and price. Decide what needs attention first across production, inbound shipping and listing preparation.

02 · ACTIVE SELLERS

Already selling, ready to improve

Review advertising, listings, price, reviews and inventory together. Choose the change to prioritize and the evidence to examine afterwards.

Brand owners and employees responsible for a company’s Amazon account can participate. If your stage is unclear, describe your current situation in the application.

REVIEW · ACT · CHECK · RECORD

The meeting ends with a next action.

Review the previous action and its results, investigate the current question on your actual screen, then agree what to do next and how to assess it. The balance between explanation and hands-on review depends on your situation.

01

Current assessment

Record your stage, the central problem and the information behind the decision.

02

Weekly action card

Agree the task, timing and evidence needed to check completion.

03

Monthly review

Compare actions and observations, then decide what to keep, change or stop.

04

Connected meeting history

Keep the reasoning from previous meetings connected to the next review.

The incubation dashboard connects the current stage, meeting history and next tasks. The anonymized climbing showcase on the Korean page illustrates the actual dashboard; its percentages represent progress stages, not revenue returns.

AN ANONYMIZED MEETING RECORD

When product clicks are low, what comes first?

In an August 2026 meeting, a seller’s advertising click-through rate was low and A+ content was mostly text, without a product video. The agreed plan was to prepare a main-image draft with packaging on the left and product on the right, and add an existing product video to A+. At the next meeting, the image draft, implementation status and advertising and sales reports would be reviewed.

This describes the plan recorded at that meeting. It does not claim the work was completed or that sales improved.

PUBLIC INTERVIEWS & PARTICIPATION RECORDS

Different starting points.
Changes with context.

PUBLIC INTERVIEW

Prime Beast · Junhwi Jo

Previous monthly average: approximately $2,000–3,000. June 2026 monthly revenue: $7,000+. The seller reviewed campaigns, keywords and listings to develop clearer operating decisions.

Amazon advertising was used. The period used to calculate the earlier average was not disclosed.

PUBLIC INTERVIEW

PageA · Yousun Kim

After about six months of preparation, the first product launched. In its category’s Amazon New Release ranking, it moved from 27th on day 12 to 19th in week two.

Amazon advertising was used. A reported peak of 12 units in one day during week two was not an average daily sales figure.

FOUR ADDITIONAL ANONYMIZED RECORDS

Revenue observations during participation.

$1,523 → approximately $5,062

Skincare seller A

July → August 2026 monthly revenue; about 232% higher. This compares the starting month with the next month. It does not establish improved net profit.

Approximately $979 → $4,698

Beauty seller B

March → May 2026 monthly revenue, during participation; about 4.8 times. Figures are meeting-note totals; inclusion of Vine or samples was not confirmed.

$1,848 → approximately $2,280–2,289

Skincare seller C

July → August 2026 monthly revenue; about 23–24% higher. August amounts differ between meeting notes, so a range is shown. A business report is needed to confirm the final amount.

$1,266 → $1,596

Fashion seller D

July 24–30 → July 31–August 6, 2026; equal seven-day periods, about 26.1% higher. This is one recovery interval during participation, not an all-time record or proof of improved profit.

All four sellers used Amazon advertising. Amounts are in USD. Source: internal meeting summaries, not figures reverified against original business reports. Revenue differs from profit; these records do not establish coaching as the sole cause or promise comparable results.

MEET YOUR COACH

From knowing what to do,
to operating it yourself.

Bopyo Park · Founder of Seller Kingdom and SellerVisor

“After starting Amazon selling in 2019, I tried ebooks, video courses and group coaching. Through more than 300 hours of one-to-one coaching, I found the value of working inside a seller’s own account and repeating the process every week.”

The aim is to develop a routine: which report to open, what to examine and why the next action makes sense. At the Amazon Prime Day 2026 event in Korea, Bopyo also shared advertising optimization and Amazon data strategies using SellerVisor.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Questions worth clarifying.

Can I apply before I have a product?

Yes. Share your category interests or product candidates and current preparation. Review market fit, differentiation, expected costs and the order of launch tasks together.

Can coaching focus on my advertising?

Yes. Listings, pricing, reviews and inventory may also be reviewed because they affect advertising outcomes.

Can a company’s Amazon account manager join?

Yes. Meetings use the company’s products and operating information to develop decisions that can be explained and implemented internally.

How much time should I allow?

Allow about one hour per meeting, plus time to carry out agreed tasks. Priorities are adjusted to the time you can realistically commit. Attending without executing limits the changes that can be expected.

Does participation guarantee sales or a launch date?

No. Timing and results depend on the product, starting point, budget and execution. Meetings focus on identifying the next problem, acting on it and reviewing the evidence.

Is English-language coaching available?

Please confirm directly before applying. This English page explains the program; it does not confirm that sessions or materials can be provided in English.

How are scheduling and cancellation handled?

A recurring time is agreed based on mutual availability. The program runs month to month. Request cancellation at least 14 days before the next billing date; schedule changes and missed-meeting terms are explained before starting.

START WITH THE QUESTION IN FRONT OF YOU
